Delete your LoqalGems account
You can delete your account from LoqalGems settings. If you cannot sign in, submit a request here and we will help verify and process it.
If you can sign in
Open Settings, select Security, then choose Delete Account. This is the fastest way to verify and complete your request.

- Your sign-in access and personal profile details are removed.
- Your properties are removed from active listings.
- Your saved posts and notifications are removed.
- Posts and comments may remain, but are changed to show “Deleted User” instead of your identity.
- Some records may be retained where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.

Cannot access your account?
Send us the information below. We will contact the account email to verify ownership before processing the request. Never include your password.
